These terms describe the basic conditions for using LogiPrime quote and shipment request services.
Quotes and acceptance
Website estimates and quote requests are not bookings or final offers. The written offer states the service, price, dates and any applicable surcharges. Written acceptance of that offer confirms the customer's acceptance of the terms and amounts expressly stated in it, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Cargo description and documents
Customers must provide a complete and accurate description of the goods, quantity, weight, dimensions, value, packaging and special handling instructions. Customers must provide in good time the documents required for customs, export and import formalities, together with declarations, permits and instructions required by law or the carrier.
Dangerous, restricted and special cargo
Dangerous, restricted, high-value or specially regulated goods must be declared before the offer is accepted. Their carriage is subject to prior review and written confirmation.
Packaging, labelling and loading
Responsibility for packaging, labelling, loading and unloading depends on the service agreed and will be stated in the written offer or carriage contract. Customers must disclose any equipment or labour requirements.
Changes and discrepancies
If the information changes or the actual goods do not match the description, LogiPrime may need to reassess price, route, vehicle, schedule and service feasibility. Changes and additional costs must be communicated and confirmed before proceeding, except for charges that are mandatory under applicable law.
Carrier liability and cargo insurance
Carrier liability is determined by the applicable carriage terms and laws or conventions. Additional cargo insurance is not included unless the written offer expressly confirms it; customers may ask separately about its availability and cost.
Waiting time and additional charges
Free waiting time and any waiting, stand-by, terminal, inspection, storage or other surcharges depend on the country, carrier, vehicle, location and operating conditions. The written offer will identify the applicable allowance and charges where known before the service is confirmed. Mandatory charges under applicable law remain applicable. Port or container demurrage and detention are separate from vehicle waiting time and may be governed by the relevant terminal, carrier or equipment terms.
Service Availability
Shipping services depend on route, capacity, cargo type, documentation and local regulations.
Limitations
This website does not create a binding shipping contract until a final quote and service agreement are confirmed by LogiPrime.
